Search finds candidates. Watch the footage to verify.
How results work
- Candidate moments. Neighboring 5-second search matches from the same ride are grouped. A missing clip, another ride or another date starts a new moment. Grouping is by position in the ride, not by recognizing the same object.
- Retrieval similarity shows how closely a clip matches the search text. It is not the chance that an obstruction or close call happened. Below 0.30 is labeled a weak match.
- Captions and object counts come from the index. They describe what is visible and do not show distance, speed, or danger.
- Ask shows a model description and the source files it named. A citation opens that file at the named timestamp. A numbered label such as Clip 1 stays unavailable, and statements about agreement, obstruction, or safety appear only when the named source caption supports them. Human review decisions are recorded in Search footage.
- Reviews (your decision and note) are stored in this browser's local storage. Clear review removes that moment's decision and note. Reviews are not shared with other reviewers or browsers and are lost if site data is cleared.
- Scope. Searches cover the NYC bike camera only.
